- Wax pattern: Injecting liquid wax into engineered moulds to create repeatable, accurate wax components for lost-wax casting, then attaching them to a sprue to form a tree.

- CNC machining: Machining critical and mating surfaces through drilling, reaming, milling, and other secondary operations to produce CNC machined castings with the specified dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Final inspection: Hardness testing, impact testing, coordinate measurement, spectrometric analysis, X-ray testing, UV inspection, dye-penetrant testing, and other non-destructive testing methods to verify product integrity and quality.
